~JMS: My issue with UC is regarding a claim submitted properly by my dentist for build ups and crowns on two teeth. UC denied the claim because their dental expert decided it had not been a necessary procedure. My dentist resent X-rays and spoke to them numerous times, as did I. I finally sent in an appeal at took about a month for them to review. They upheld their original rejection of the claim!! I had two crowns by the same dentist when I was covered by Cigna and it was covered with no problems. Horrible company!! Wish we could choose another company but it's our only option through my husband's employer.

~JMS: For that I would say one out of five.
