~ellen: Jessica with United Health Care Pre-Authorization only ticked me off. She doesn't care about our situation. She should find another line of work - perhaps in a bar where caring isn't important. I tried the UHC call me back - can't enter my number.

~ellen: For that I would say three out of five.
