GetHuman-380616: Terrible......I asked for a toothpick as I felt I was an Hors d'oeuvre being passed around so much. These folks should give you a ping pong paddle as they pass you back and forth and even they don't seem to know what is going on. I had a customer service person who was trying her hardest to assist me with a preauthorization and after I was given another phone number to call I explained to her that the number was a number I had been given * times in the past and the folks at that number passed me to another number. I seriously have * phone numbers to which I have been passed back and forth to. This Customer Service person was trying hard and she had the other group on hold as she came back to me for a minute to tell me she was holding. She said she returned to the phone line where she was on hold and the other group had hung up on her. That is terrible. The cost of insurance goes up because they have to have so many people available or not available to assist and or confuse you.
