~Irish girl: Transferred several times before I finally was able to talk with someone who was very helpful. UHC called me every day but never left a message. The UHC told me that was not even their number but probably someone trying to sell me additional options. It is very misleading to have UHC on the CID and be told they are not really UHC. Good thing I did NOT give any private information. I had been called everyday for a week at least twice*day but no one left a message. With all the changes, I was worried about the new plan, that maybe something was wrong, or that I did not complete everything as I should have. Completely nerve wracking.

~Irish girl: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Irish girl: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about United Healthcare's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Irish girl: For that I would say two out of five.

~Irish girl: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for United Healthcare to know who you are.
