~luvsbele: Called on the phone for a confirmation number for my free ticket went to go pick it up and they said they had no record of it, so I showed them the printed email so they called the supervisor and she stated to me " How do we know thats not a made up document?" I was shocked. from there email server, with there logo. The woman next to me had the same paper and she got her ticket just fine. So I waited for them while they went in the back to do more research after a ** min wait and a line accumulating she shoved me off with sorry but theres no record, after I had already heard * excuses before that.. So which excuse was it, someone claimed it, wait for my email, and I already used but they could not verify any.
