~PROsumer: Until a HUMAN answered I was treated to a recorded advertisement for Gain detergent. for apx *mins. I was calling about a Dawn (kitchen) product. That * is only for laundry products and the HUMAN couldn't (or wouldn't?) get me a * to that department. NOT helpful at all.
