~weepingphoenix: I have contacted Urban Decay by phone AND email now * times trying to get a return label for an item I need to send back and after a month I still haven't received it and every time I contact them they just say "we'll send you another email with the label and you'll receive it within **-** hours". I wait and still never receive it
