~I don't know what it is: ****** at approx. **:** AM. The woman I spoke to solved my problem, in a logical way and I was not on the phone very long. She gave me probably ** instructions and I was very happy with her.**I had called another time about * months prior. I spoke to another person who was from another country, for another problem, where part of the display was chopped off usually the bottom, & both sides. This first time although the person I spoke to tried very hard to help me was totally unaware of what to do, she could not get a supervisor and after **-** min I thank her & explained I had to get off the phone. The woman I spoke to this time suggested that the cable co - bright house, is sending me a zoomed signal. So I will call them.

~I don't know what it is: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~I don't know what it is: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about VIZIO's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~I don't know what it is: For that I would say four out of five.

~I don't know what it is: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for VIZIO to know who you are.
