~Jo Strength: I had an on line chat with a tech & he solved my problem, however, my contact was terminated because I took too long to get back to him. My TV had to reprogram every thing which took a couple of minutes. The charge for this consult was $**.** & for that price I feel like my contact should have been extended until he knew for sure his advice did indeed solved my problem. I will not contact Vizio again unless I am truly desperate. I feel I was grossly overcharged for the time he spent with me & the ending the call before he knew my problem was solved.
