GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's VIZIO customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~tnmc: The person who picked up my call was nice, however I have a smart tv that has NEVER worked since I bought it. Her Manager got on the phone and said- I quote "sorry your tv doesn't work there is nothing I can do to help you" I told her the TV has never worked there has to be something they can do, send tech support out at least. I live right near their headquarters. She said "nope sorry". WORST customer service experience ever! I would NEVER recommend their products to anyone. In fact I will make sure I tell everyone I know about my experience when shopping for a new TV and make sure nobody else I know makes the same mistake I did. With how they treat people, eventually enough people will do this and they'll be out of business. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON VIZIO- WORST EVER!!!!

~tnmc: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~tnmc: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about VIZIO's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~tnmc: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other VIZIO customers?
~tnmc: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for VIZIO to know who you are.
