~maina: I ordered parts on line from VWpartsvortex.com and when shipment was delivered, some parts were missing. I called the company and was advised to trace the missing parts from USPS who were their carrier for the shipment. Staff is rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend vwpartsvortex.com.
