~Spaceman Spiff: After having the landline call drop at the end after re-placing an order for new service online (got lost in credit check: "not unusual"), later landline calls following prompts were dropped at the transfer ("call could not be completed"). Using THIS method to get a human, got slightly different prompts and a person in not too long a wait (not *min, but not **min). Fortunately, they say they see where my discount is in the system, BUT unfortunately their written estimate to me doesn't show it and they can't send that to me in writing ("that's in a different system"). We'll see when the bill comes.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Verizon FiOS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Verizon FiOS problem?
~Spaceman Spiff: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Spaceman Spiff: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon FiOS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Spaceman Spiff: For that I would say two out of five.
