~JaneDoe: Another FIOS customer lost due to CSR ineptitude. Switched to Vonage, had my bundled service suspended - when I called CSR was not able to confirm whether or not my auto pay was in place for the final bill, whether or not I would be getting instructions for return of my set-top box, or how to close my account. Did not even try to sell me on keeping FIOS for TV and Internet. Going to the local Verizon Experience Store and hoping the 'Experience' will be better.
