~NoVa consumer: As usual, the nincompoops at Verizon were unable to solve a technical problem. So I will be calling an electrician again to fish coaxial cable to install another TV at home. Meanwhile, they have charged me for work that they did not do. Verizon has decent products but their service is the worst!
