~Bell : FIOS customer service is the most WORST and TERRIBLE service I have ever encountered. I can't wait for my contract to end. Reps have bad attitude, gets smart with and try make you feel ignorant. I just called about my bill and had to hang up because the rep went silent on me when I asked a question. I had to say "are you there" and he said yes. I dread every time I have to call FIOS service because I ususally have to hang up, call again to get someone who somewhat friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Management should start recording these calls to see how customers are being talked to and treated. Plus, take a closer look at these reviews. Something is wrong when you have these many complaints and dissatisfied customers. It's not good for your business. I for one, plan to leave FIOS when my contract is over and I'm telling my friends not to use Verizon FIOS. The Bill is never the same (higher) and you get Horrible customer service.
