GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Verizon FiOS customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Chris O: I called in to level * he was not able to assist due to the issue was with FIOS but was very helpful getting me to the right group. That person was interested but due to the fact I needed to talk to someone in Level * (Tier *) he could not help but tried to get me to them directly but seems that to get someone to fix a Tier * Issue you must submit an email I called the number listed for them at ********** and was told by repair that the only way to connect with tier * and above is with an email. Lets see how fast Tier * calls back to get my Servers back online due to an issue with DNS Reverse name lookup at the Name Server. This is a ISP issue and only Verizon can make the changes needed. I am down until then.

~Chris O: For that I would say one out of five.
