~ANGRYASHELL: I have had verizon for less than * months. I have a basic plan which is $**.**. to date I have paid over $***.** due to taxes and fees. I spoke to a representative who gave me the amount to pay. I paid the amount due.* Hours later I still had no services and when I called to inquire I was told by the automated services I have no services due to an outstanding balance of an additional $**.**. There s no one to speak to because its after hours and the office s closed. What kind of business takes your money, does not restore services and then give you an additional amount to pay???? I am so done with Verizon. I am going back to cable at least you always get a live person and when you pay your bill your services are immediately restored. I have never experienced anything like this, Verizon this s AMERICA, this is not some third world COUNTRY. I am surprised your still in business, but I know it will not be for much longer if your company does not put real live people to speak to, I mean ge
