~k249: I used the Lucyphone option, and it took about * minutes to have my phone ring. The rep seemed a little bit confused by the process at first (she thought she was on hold she said), but rolled with it fine. I got a local based (Taunton Massachusetts) agent named Gail, who was very helpful and accomidating. The purpose of my call was to reduce my bill, and after a little initial reluctance, the agent was able to get me a better overall deal for my Fios service when I committed to an additional ** months. The agent was very patient reviewing all the specifics.

~k249: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
