GetHuman-230823: Navigating the phone system is a hassle - just keep saying "agent" or keep pressing "*". After listening to all of their diversions, eventually you get into the waiting queue for talking with an agent. Most of the agents are quite polite but cannot do anything to help you and have to transfer you to another department. Usually you end up being transferred to the wrong department and then the merry-go-round starts. I ended up talking to six different people in different departments before I got a partial answer to my question. It was a very simple question but all told, it took me ** minutes to receive an incomplete answer.
