~Frustrated FIOS : Rep couldn't find my account for about ** mins even using my acct *, name, address. TV & Internet not working and problem not on my end. Supposedly created repair ticket for more than ** hours later, but now repair ticket not showing online and other link tells me I don't have privilege to access even though account in my name only. Very disappointed in their lack of service.
