~Anonymous: So much better to have them call back, rather than hanging on the line, waiting. But, the problem wasn't solved: made an agreement for a * year renewal, but then Verizon upped the price before the first payment was due - said they couldn't work with the deal negotiated* BUT, I WAS LOCKED INTO THE CONTRACT, even though they changed the terms. SORRY, TOO BAD, but we just can't do that deal, and you are locked in.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon FiOS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say one out of five.

~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Verizon FiOS to know who you are.
