~JackInPV: The voice response system that Verizon FIOS uses a confusing and worthless pice of junk. Makes you want to cancel the service just because it is so bad. Once I finially got a person to speak to by repeadly pressing zero, they were rude and had no record of my previous communications with them. Make sure you get a confirmation number and the full name of the person you are speaking with (they are required by law to give you their full name, if not aske to speak to a supervisor).
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Verizon FiOS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Verizon FiOS problem?
~JackInPV: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JackInPV: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon FiOS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JackInPV: For that I would say one out of five.
