~Steve O: This number works great. The problem is when you get transfered. I got disconnected * times. Very frustrating! Total time from first call to actually getting someone who seemed to care and resolve my problem (I hope) was ** minutes. This poor excuse for customer service is why I am looking for another provider. No wonder Verizon is selling off their tv, cable and internet. Unfortunately, the company they are selling to has even a worse track record for customer service.
