~Angry in PA: Waited * mins to speak with the first rep who couldn't help me and put me back on hold. Waited ** mins and then the line disconnected. Called back, held again, transferred to someone in another state who could not help me. Demanded a manager, transferred to a manager? Rehashed entire conversation from * weeks prior, arguing with rep the entire time. After ** mins she confirmed info from * weeks prior. I asked to make a payment. Rep refused, told me to call yet another number. Terrible service!
