~Sharon Boser: It has been * days now since our phone has been out of order. I have tried every number including this one every one of those days. I had to impose on someone to use their land line phone so that I could hold to speak with a rep...* hour I tied up their phone! The rep said he would dispatch someone "this afternoon" which was Mon, July *th. I rushed all the way home (** miles) so I could be there when he came. NO SHOW! This is the worst experience I've ever had with Verizon
