GetHuman-335498: pressing * four times gets you to a redirect operator, who then puts you on hold to wait (* min) to talk to someone who can actually help you (who can't, it turns out)... then not a supervisor proceeds to tell you everything the person told you the day before is all wrong, but of course he can't verify anything they told you one way or another.
