GetHuman-245131: If people would answer the phone in this company the customer would not have to spend ** minutes with a computer which transfers you anyway- the automation is rediculous and verizon products cost more then they are worth- the service often static and the internet broadband has brought more trogans and viruses in my computer then ever- the charges outweigh the service and repairs done outside the home should not be the homeowners responsibility to pay- I have been at my house for * years and the outside lines are cracked and worn out -verizon wants the customer to pay for their faulty equiptment- weather knocks out the broadband and any dial up services- yet with all the money this company makes they cant connect someone to DSL for a few miles worth of cable they may have to run---unfourtunally this is the only land service provided here-if it werent I would not have verizon all all- my cell is not verizon
