GetHuman-232069: Repair man was working down the street on main box, not at my request cause phones were working..I went to use phone, no tone...repair man gone in * minutes, I tried over and over to reach a "human" to tell them repair man was just there to please have him go back he messed up something...after half hour I finally got a human and had to make a repair order and wouldn't get repair man who was in the area and just worked on main box back, I was told "it doesn't work that way mame".....you are frigging kidding me!!?.... I drove back to main box cause repair man sitting in front of box i asked him to please recheck it my phones were out, he said he couldnt do it unless ok'd by main office.....now I won't have a **** phone till * days pass and have to take a day off of work because of them...... This is about the * th time ive had trouble with my phone lines do to out of our house problems, their outside boxes.....you **** VERIZON...shame on you, just shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!....Bonnie
