~UnhappyW/Verizon: Get human is awesome. only way to get Verizon. sadly the service and attitude of the rep was awful.*spoke to a condescending witch calling herself emma - finally said to her that I really appreciated her concern and apology for the terrible service (being cynical) and she actually told me I was welcome! When I told her I wasnt serious that I found her customer svc terrible as she never even apologized that I have had terrible service for several days... her reply was that she was not required to apologize so didnt! Verizon needs to hire people with knowledge that give a darn about customers, if you keep people like emma- you might as well short your own stock and invest in T-mobile.*The supervisor I finally reached was very nice....
