~Severely 1rr1tat3d: After * separate calls in * days time for trying to get a replacement phone * representatives promised her a Droid * and said they would call back with the order number or send it in a text message and after no response the *st time I called back to day and again was forgotten about. My wife called later today to be told that the other reps. didn't know what they were taking about and she us now getting a phone she is going to have much difficulty using. She is upset with the service and I'm greatly irritated with that lack of concern for a customers needs.
