~Valencia: "Alicia was great and resolved my issue"*I like many needed to re-evaluate my bill. I have been a customer for *** years and have always been happy. But looking at competitors and rates I had to research and make sure I was getting the best deal AND service for my $$.I went to my local store and they asssured me that the changes that THEY made to my bill were going to help lower the bill. It actually DOUBLED the next month. So I called this *** number that was posted on Get Human and spoke with Alicia...She was wonderful.Knew exactly what to do and took care of everything* timely and correctly. THANK YOU!!!
