~jason: Apparently Verizon Fios and Verizon Wireless don't speak with each other. Entered information. Spoke with someone who I told that I didn't have Fios and apparently she didn't believe me. She sent me to a Fios specialist who determined through no doubt cutting edge means that I, in fact don't have Fios. Instead of transferring me directly to the broadband minions, he sent me to a separate website where I was SUPPOSED to re-enter my info. Nah. I'll let the sleep since that is more important than customer service :(

~jason: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
