GetHuman-373813: Had a problem with my bill that my local store could not fix, or so they stated.I have been with Verizon for *** years and have always been happy. Then like so many I needed to re-evaluate my bills. I went to my local store and they assured me it was done, but when I received my bill it had doubled.I called and spoke with Alicia. She was such a huge help! Clarified my bill and resolved the issue.. Thank you for your courteous service.
