GetHuman-258081: I have went through a lot of phones and have had a lot of problems. HTC resound and the update messed it up. Droid Razr as replacement and the battery was terrible. Celebrity placed it with a Droid Razr Maxx and the new update messed it up. But finally Verizon took care of Me after seeing all of the trouble I've been through and they hooked me up with a Droid Razr Maxx HD and I'm really happy for once. My phone troubles were not Verizon's faulttotallybut they took care of Me and I'm really impressed with the phone I have now I am very pleased. I appreciate Verizon even if my monthly bill is high. Thank you
