GetHuman-407380: I was not satisfied by the service at *** Bakd Hill Rd in warwixk, RI. I went in the store for a problem and the girl made it worse. I went back that night and asked to speak to a manager and the greeter would not let me speak to one. I will now go to Apple for all my accessories and purchases. I would rather spend the extra money and have someone who knows what they are doing then have a clown take care of the problem.
