~??: I went to Verizon on November *, **** to get the iPhone *. We got the phone on the Edge program. She told me the phone would get here November **,**** the latest. I checked on my order on Fed Ex a couple days after and the shipped it to the wrong address. I called and they said that their was nothing they could do. That they had to wait for my contract to end. I told the girl if she could hold the phone for me she said she could, that it was the least she could do. When I'm about to go in she calls and tells me that they had already sold the phone. I'm thinking Verizon Wireless service is bad, they make mistakes after mistakes and in the end all they do is get your hopes up. I honestly hope they change this cause till this day I haven't received my phone.
