~ex verizon wireless customer: The last thing Verizon is interested in doing is speaking with their customers...it takes forever to find a customer service rep. I had to call back * times just to find a human to speak to. First one was rude and said he had to transfer me to the "correct" department. Second rep said I had been transferd to the wrong department and transfered me again. What should have taken no more than * minutes took **, not to mention endless frustration. Do yourself a favor and find another wireless provider, ANY other provider. Stay away from Verizon!
