~Violater1: This is an excellent and superior tech support! I do not know the ability and know how of your other support techs in Tampa but Ellie was superb, superior, super knowledgeable and courteous and extremely efficient! She was thourough and helped us clear a somewhat weird and involved problem! She deserves praise and above all give her a raise! I am a retired GTE Tampa Bay area former switchroom technician and I am very impressed with her knowledge and expertise on a job well done! She went above and beyond others that I have dealt with in the past!* I highly commend her and my cousin feels likewise about her helping us clear our problem with our communications via texting! * Believe me when I tell you that this was not just a routine run of the mill problem quickly detected it took her expertise and determination to get to the root of and repair of this trouble! * Please if you won't give her a raise at least compensate her for a fine job by giving her some time off with pay! I sincer
