~I like pi: Tried calling Verizon to return a Verizon blackberry I found to its owner. Try getting through an auto attendant with that question without knowing the phone number of the phone I found. and as a Comcast customer I couldn't use my own phone number to get to a person. Anyway I found a way through the ** circles of auto attendant **** and was on hold for a person until the system hung up on me. This was an even worse customer service experience than I get from Comcast. I won't be considering switching to Verizon any time soon.
