~55vwbug: Your service to provide me with a working phone number to Verizon Wireless was a life safer. I had unsuccessfully spent over ** minutes searching the web for a phone number. In addition, I spemt another ** minutes at Verizon's website trying to find a customer service phone number. But once again, Verizon does not provide a phone number for you to be able to get someone to help you. Instead, they give you volumes of information to read to try to get you to solve the problem. However, I assume most people are like me -- they get frustrated and give up. Where is customer service these days!? Once I did get a person on the phone -- he didn't want to do any work. After ** minutes, his solution was for me to call back the next day and purchase a new phone -- go figure!!
