GetHuman-16490: clerk at store in Temple, Texas sent my daughter home(who is on my family plan, after she waited ** mins) because they said I as the account holder had to call customer service to add her to the acct. She lives ** minutes away -- why in the world did they send her home, when they could have called me to authorize it or call customer service to authorize it? I am appalled at the customer service at that store. She now has to make a ** minute round trip back to the store to resolve her phone issue, when they should have helped her then.
