GetHuman-285738: After first response I was on hold another ** mts, then on hold again for * mts. In the end I got no info about the work we were supposed to receive today from a technician. Nor did we receive any text messages today as we had been told we would. Problem, which we reported * days ago, is still no resolved. Technician did come yesterday but was unable to fix the problem then. He said another department needed to come, which is when we were told they would come today.

GetHuman-285738: For that I would say two out of five.
