~Hank2729: I fell in my sons garage, and broke my cellphone and needed a new one. I went to the Verizon store in Waco Texas to get another. I asked for a cellphone, and they told me that there is no such thing as a celolphone anymore, they are all electronic devices. I asked her to explain, and she told me that if I wanted a phone I would have to buy one of the electronic devices. I was forced to buy one and ut tiij ne firever ti get my bill corectly straightened out. As soon as my new contract expires I am going to go somewhere else for service. I hate Verizon now.
