~what screen name: i have spent over an hour trying to pay my bill...can't get on line...customer ser vice on line does not have AZ as a state i can live in so i can't use cs...phone * always goes to my voice mail...i am totally frustrated and ready to cancel verizon...there is no cs * listed on bill
