~papparick: we were scheduled a repair man between ** noon and *pm. he called me at **L:**am waiting outside my house. I immediately called home from work no less and had someone open the door for him then he just left. I called to complain and sat on the phone listening to the same message over and over and over for ** minutes and nobody ever answered. my opinion Verizon ***** everything about them. they are only worried about getting the bill paid. they have all the time in the world to discuss payment of any kind, otherwise USELESS!!!!!
