~vermont_planner: I was on the phone with an elderly woman who treated me with disrespect and rudeness throughout my call. I thought my first copy of my taxes were last, I mailed out a second copy. Remarked why did you think they were lost? I was told they were lost in the mail. Then I asked her about about Landlord's Certificate and she said "I can't look that up now I only can use one hand while talk to you" She treated me like I was stupid, and I asked about my renter's rebate and she said there was no way I was getting that much from it. It was just so horrifying the disrespect I received from this women. I treated her with respect and said Thank you. She is a monster! I didn't get an answer or help with finding out why I haven't received my state taxes back. :(
