~huangyanting: I would like to direct my rating to Lee from VicRoads Customer Resolution Team. Lee provided an excellent service through prompt replies and communications. Great professionalism and handling of the situation, which was unresolved previously for almost * months. I hope VicRoads recognise this employee's great work and ability to creatively provide resolutions.
