~LLD: Called the *** number. First the customer service person transferred me to a complaint department. The lady there did not seem the least bit concerned and talked to me as if she was very rushed. Said my comments would be used as a coaching tool. I dont believe she could even repeat the info given, not sure what she typed. Wanted to send me a **% off coupon, so I would go back into the store and spend money. The gift I took in to return or get a gift receipt was folded and the signature ribbon and logo card back in the gift box it was received in, looked a it did when I opened. They didnt have any robes, I was told was going to get $**. for an approximate $** robe. I told her I would just have to keep it and give it to someone who could wear it. When I got it home and opened the box the clerk had wadded up in a ball and put back in the box. it is a wrinkled mess. I took a pix after sales clerk had done this.(Bet her manager would not want her clothing treated that way) I have

~LLD: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~LLD: For that I would say two out of five.
