~jon: You can't even get me started on this..been working on elevae issue for over ** months and still no resolve. Had to cancel * trips recently because of the ineptness of the website and elevate itself. Hold times, waiting for cs, promises from agents, inability to get the job done, I totally agree with Davis in SF, the single worst company to ever have to deal with, total frustration, it's a joke..try to comment or write them an email? they say they'll get back to you between ** and ** days??? are you freaking serious? Bye bye, rebooked both bookings with American Airlines because I can't get anything to work on the website, with phone calls, with or without elevate. Destroyed my Virgin America credit card...
