~dogdog: I am on hold,spoke with one rep, then transferred to a supervisor by my request because they will just "opt me out" on my phone.*I am simply trying to opt out on the **** increased privacy sharing and sending me ads.The *st rep is refusing. Hector the supervisor, has me on hold now,taking care of it. Hector said in * hours I will off the list. I would advise everyone to read the new privacy sharing email sent out the May the *th.

~dogdog: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~dogdog: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Virgin Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dogdog: For that I would say four out of five.
